Benefits of using charcoal:
INSTRUCTIONS
Add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon into filtered or distilled water.
Consume in between meals (not straight before or after eating) to avoid disrupting nutrient absorption.
SUGGESTED WAYS TO USE YOUR ACTIVATED CHARCOAL
Overall Health Maintenance
Take 1 teaspoon in a glass of water daily (after oil pulling?) first thing in the morning.
Stomach Issues
Add a teaspoon to a glass of water, and drink.
The charcoal will draw any bug or toxin (such as gastro) straight out the back door. Great tool to have in your travel first aid kit.
Face Mask
Make the charcoal into a paste with a dash of filtered water and apply to face.
Toothpaste
Mix a teaspoon of charcoal into bicarb soda, add your favourite essential oils (clove and spearmint are a great combo!) and enough coconut oil to make a paste.
Bug Bites
Make into a paste with a dash of filtered water and put onto insect bites to draw out the toxins (itch).
